during our stay, we were blown away by the stunning views and the convenience of being just a short walk from the historic Castello di Montalcino, while the picturesque nearby Cattedrale Del Santissimo Salvatore added to our weekend strolls through the city centered around breathtaking landmarks.

While I almost considered giving a good review, I couldn’t ignore the fact that they mismanaged my room upgrade and served lukewarm wine instead of the chilled I expected. I was truly let down by the lack of special treatment—a complimentary gesture would have been nice but instead I was treated like everyone else. Disappointing, really.

Our family loved exploring the estate's organic kitchen garden where the kids learned about nature. The view from our suite was breathtaking, really feeling like a slice of paradise under the Tuscan sun. Every meal was a delight, especially the homemade pasta.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.

The scenery is breathtaking, like something out of a movie. Our suite was incredibly spacious, providing the comfort we hoped for during our stay. We particularly enjoyed the Tuscan family style Sunday dinner— the meat was exceptional! The garden view added a charming touch to our experience, allowing us to unwind in a beautiful setting.

While overall delightful, we found the check-in process a bit slow and could have benefited from more prompt service.
